  General
Q1: Even though I can see other participants in the Participant's View window, my mlb does not display the actions of other participants or my actions are not visible to other users.
It might be that one or more of the system clocks are not synchronized. Please make sure that NTP is installed properly on all systems, and is running, and the system clocks of all participants run synchronously. If using Windows NT, make sure that your login has admin rights, otherwise you are not allowed to change the system clock.

Q2: The mlb runs just fine, but when I or a remote participant tries to load an image, the mlb crashes.
Please make sure that the mlb is invoked from within its installation directory and that the 4 ".mgk"-files are in that directory. Otherwise the mlb cannot find these file that are needed to process images.

Q3: After downloading a new version of the mlb, I copied my old mlb config files into the directory of the new mlb. Now starting the mlb fails with some tcl error messages.
The format of the config files might have changed. Please start the mlb once more after deleting both ".mlb_config" and ".mlb_userprofile". (Please excuse any inconvenience).

  Postscript
Q1: Importing a postcript file via "Insert Image" fails, and nothing happens at all, even though GhostScript is installed on my system.
Please make sure that the PATH variable of your system includes the GhostScript directory, so that the necessary executables can be found.

Q2: Imported postscript files are not displayed correctly (e.g., pages are in landscape format, although the original postscript file is portrait).
Postscript files created under Windows are often faulty. But even correct postscript files can cause errors. If you experience problems with postscript files, try either to repair the original file (e.g., with the help of the ps tools), or use another file format for importing documents (e.g., pdf or gif).

Q3: What is the best way to create Postscript-Files with Windows?
In our experience, the Apple Postscript printer drivers create very good postscript files (e.g., Apple Color LW 12/660 PS). In the options, change maximum speed to maximum portability.
